Privacy Policy
Last updated: September 28, 2026
This Privacy Policy explains how Stonora (“we”, “us”) collects, uses and shares personal information when you visit our website or ask us for a quote, and the choices and rights you have. It applies to visitors in the United States, including residents of California and other states with consumer privacy laws.
Information we collect
Information you give us. When you send a quote request we collect your name, phone number, email address, the product category you are interested in and anything you write in your message.
Information collected automatically. When you use the website, we and our partners may collect device and usage information such as your IP address, browser type, pages viewed, the page that referred you, and advertising identifiers such as Google Ads click IDs (for example “gclid”) and campaign tags. This is collected with cookies and similar technologies described below.
We do not knowingly collect sensitive personal information, and we do not ask for payment details on this website.
How we use information
We use personal information to respond to your quote request and provide pricing, samples and orders; to contact you by email or phone about your request; to run, secure and improve the website; to measure how well our advertising works, including whether an ad click led to a quote request; and to comply with the law.
Cookies, analytics and advertising
We use strictly necessary storage so the website and quote form work. With your permission, or unless you opt out where the law allows, we also use Google Analytics to understand how the site is used and Google Ads tags to measure our advertising. These tags may set cookies and may receive information such as your IP address, pages visited and, when you submit a quote request, a securely hashed version of your email address and phone number so Google can match the request to an ad click (“enhanced conversions”).
You can change your choices at any time with the link at the bottom of every page. Visitors in the European Economic Area, the UK and Switzerland are asked before any analytics or advertising cookies are used. We honor the Global Privacy Control (GPC) browser signal as a request to opt out of the sale or sharing of personal information for targeted advertising. You can also learn how Google uses information at policies.google.com/technologies/partner-sites and control ad personalization at adssettings.google.com.
How we share information
We share personal information only with service providers that help us operate our business, such as our website host, email provider and Google (analytics and advertising measurement), and when required by law or to protect our rights. We do not sell your name, email address or phone number for money. Allowing advertising cookies may be considered “sharing” for cross-context behavioral advertising or a “sale” under some state laws; you can opt out as described above.
Your privacy rights
Depending on where you live (for example California, Colorado, Connecticut, Virginia, Utah, Texas, Oregon and other states), you may have the right to know what personal information we have about you and how we use it; to get a copy of it; to correct it; to delete it; to opt out of the sale or sharing of personal information and of targeted advertising; and not to be treated differently for exercising these rights.
To make a request, email us at sales@stonora.com. We will verify your request by confirming details you have given us, and we will reply within the time the law requires (usually 45 days). You may use an authorized agent to make a request on your behalf. If we deny your request, you may appeal by replying to our decision.
How long we keep information
We keep quote requests and related correspondence for as long as needed to respond, follow up on your project and meet our business and legal obligations, and then delete or anonymize them.
Security
We use reasonable technical and organizational measures to protect personal information, including encrypted connections (HTTPS). No method of transmission or storage is completely secure.
Children
This website is intended for businesses and adults. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13 (or under 16 for the purposes of sale or sharing). If you believe a child has sent us information, contact us and we will delete it.
Changes to this policy
We may update this policy from time to time. The “Last updated” date above shows when it last changed.
